Do we have to move to the cloud?

No. We design on-premise, hosted or hybrid based on your workloads, compliance needs and budget—and we say so plainly when the cloud is not the right answer.

What happens when hardware fails?

Monitoring alerts us first. We coordinate vendor support, keep spares where it matters and restore service from tested backups if needed.

Our server is out of warranty. Do we replace it now?

Not necessarily. We assess age, load, warranty and what runs on it, then give you a dated plan—sometimes a replacement, sometimes an extended-support window while a migration is prepared.

Can a new server be installed without downtime?

Almost always. The new platform is built and tested alongside the old one, data is synchronized, and the cutover is scheduled for a window you choose—usually an evening or weekend.

Do you handle virtualization and storage as well?

Yes. Hypervisors, storage, backup targets and the network between them are designed, installed and supported as one platform, not a collection of separate vendor tickets.

How is the server kept patched and monitored?

Firmware, hypervisor and operating-system updates are tested and applied on a maintenance schedule, and hardware health, capacity and performance are monitored 24/7 with alerts routed to an engineer.
