See all questionsWhat are your support hours?
Our office is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Monitoring, incident response and emergency support run 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency support?
Yes. Critical issues are picked up around the clock by our remote and global engineering team, with local engineers dispatched on-site when hardware needs hands on it.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Mississauga, Ontario and support businesses across the Greater Toronto Area, along with multi-site and remote locations connected into the same managed environment.
How fast do you respond to a new ticket?
Most requests are acknowledged by an engineer within minutes, not hours. Urgent, business-down issues are escalated immediately rather than waiting in a general queue.
Can you take over support from our current IT provider?
Yes. We start with a discovery and documentation phase so nothing is missed, and take full responsibility for support from an agreed hand-over date.
